Exchange Policy

Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange Approval Process

Exchange approval or rejection will be communicated only after receiving and verifying the returned item.

BadmintonDen reserves the final right to determine exchange eligibility.

Shipping Policy

BadmintonDen currently ships only within India.

Shipping terms:

  1. Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
  2. Standard delivery timeline is 7–10 business days, depending on location.
  3. Shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
  4. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  5. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.
  6. Signature may be required upon delivery.

BadmintonDen is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not been processed or dispatched.

If cancellation is approved before processing:

  • Full payment will be refunded.

Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
