At BadmintonDen, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Request Window
Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for exchange.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchange
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Customer has received the wrong item

Note: Exchanges are not applicable for apparel items under any circumstances.

3. Condition of Product
To qualify for exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices intact
  • In the same condition as it was shipped

4. Exchange Approval Process
Once the returned product is received by BadmintonDen, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition.
Exchange requests will be approved or rejected only after inspection and confirmation that the product meets the exchange requirements.

Refund Policy

No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
All purchases made on BadmintonDen Badminton Pro Shop are final.
